2023, collaborated with the Shawn Carter Foundation, a nonprofit started by Jay-Z and his mother Gloria Carter, to produce a video commemorating 20 years of the Foundation’s impact.

  • 2020, collaborated with the California Governor’s office to direct and produce a series of campaign videos around a major statewide initiative to prepare marginalized communities for disasters like wildfires and COVID-19.
  • In 2020, co-founded a nonprofit organization JustUsForUs to highlight stories of injustice in communities of color.
  • In 2020, co-sponsored a virtual town hall with elected officials including the Chief of Police of SF to discuss the topic of police accountability in law enforcement and community collaboration.
  • In 2022, directed and produced a 5-part documentary series for BET titled The Murder Inc Story, which highlighted bias in the criminal justice system which sought to unjustly prosecute the founders of a major hip-hop label for crimes it did not commit. 2023, recognized as a qualifying candidate for nomination by the EMMY’s for directing The Murder Inc. Story on BET.
  • 2023-2024 partnered with the San Francisco Police Department to create a documentary which aims to bridge the divide between community and law enforcement, addressing public safety, accountability, and community collaboration.
  • In 2023, began working with the REFORM Alliance, a nonprofit founded by Jay-Z, Meek Mill, Robert Kraft, Michael Rubin, and others to produce content that brings attention to unfair practices in the criminal justice system, specifically  around probation laws.
  • In 2018, collaborated with the City of Stockton and the NBA G-League to create a website to raise funds for the victims of wildfires in Paradise, California.
  • 2023, collaborated with Team Roc and Meg Thee Stallion to create a video highlighting the first year of MTS nonprofit and impact around the Houston area.
  • 2017, produced a short documentary about them-Senator Kamala Harris tracking her historic rise from Oakland, California to  become the highest ranking female official in American history. 
  • In 2017, collaborated with Healthy and Free TN to produce an op-Ed about the fight for reproductive rights in the Deep South.
  • In 2017, started working with the City of Stockton, using media and digital to drive messaging around the mayor’s and the city’s initiatives like income inequality and public safety.
  • In 2017, was selected to be a fellow in the California Governor’s office 
    • Worked at CaliforniaVolunteers, the state office tasked with engaging Californians in service, volunteering and civic action to tackle our State’s most pressing challenges.
    • While in the Governor’s Office, worked with AmeriCorps and the Office of the President of the United States to honor local volunteer heroes in California
    • Produced the 2018 Governor’s Volunteer and Service Awards where I worked with Disney to produce tribute video
    • Produced a campaign for AmeriCorps called “Why I serve” spotlighting AmeriCorps volunteers across California creating impact across different sectors.
  • In 2018, initiated a partnership between the City of Stockton and the State of California to secure over $26 million in AmeriCorps funding for education programs in Stockton, California.
  • In 2018, received a certificate in Applied Policy and Government from Sacramento State University for service as a Capitals Fellow in the California Governor’s Office.
